Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative fluent in both German and English to join our team supporting Energy Audit Deutschland. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting energy audit services, engaging potential clients, and driving sales growth within the German-speaking market. This is an excellent position for someone passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, eager to make a positive impact while advancing their sales career.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients interested in energy audit services.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of Energy Audit Deutschland’s offerings clearly and persuasively in both German and English.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to stay informed about product developments and customer feedback.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the energy or environmental sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
