NetSuite Implementer

Our NetSuite practice in Israel is growing and delivering end-to-end projects in Israel and globally—from process mapping, through configuration and implementation, to go-live and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a finance professional with experience in NetSuite / SAP / Priority or similar ERP systems—either as an implementer or an advanced user—who can connect business needs to solution design, lead a team, and drive professional excellence and growth.

What the role includes

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of consultants (standards, deliverable quality, ways of working).
• Working directly with clients: managing professional dialogue with finance stakeholders and key decision-makers, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable requirements/recommendations.
• Owning finance processes within ERP implementations (e.g., P2P, O2C, RTR/Close, budgeting, reporting, and controls—depending on the project).
• Advising and guiding the development and implementation of AI agents for ERP systems—defining use cases, translating business needs into requirements, and supporting implementation/adoption.
• Contributing to practice growth: creative thinking, improving value propositions, knowledge sharing, and leading internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong financial background with a deep understanding of finance processes and business needs.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite / SAP / Priority / others), as an implementer and/or advanced key user, including working with end users and change processes.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities: motivating people, building trust, and excellent interpersonal communication with clients and teams.
• Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to translate complexity into clear actions.
• Client- and business-oriented, with strong technology curiosity and a desire to be part of innovative work (including AI).

מה התפקיד כולל

• הובלה, חניכה ופיתוח מקצועי של צוות יועצים/ות (סטנדרטים, איכות תוצרים, מתודולוגיות עבודה).
• עבודה ישירה מול לקוחות: ניהול שיח מקצועי עם גורמים פיננסיים ובעלי עניין, הובלת סדנאות, איסוף צרכים ותרגומם לדרישות/המלצות ישימות.
• אחריות מקצועית על תהליכי Finance במערכות ERP (כגון: P2P, O2C, RTR/Close, תקציב, דיווחים ובקרות – בהתאם לפרויקט).
• ייעוץ והכוונה בפיתוח והטמעת סוכני AI למערכות ERP—הגדרת Use Cases, אפיון דרישות עסקיות, וליווי הטמעה/אימוץ.
• שותפות בצמיחת הפרקטיקה: חשיבה יצירתית, שיפור הצעות ערך, שיתוף ידע והובלת יוזמות פנימיות.

• ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מערכות ERP (NetSuite / SAP / Priority / אחרות), כמיישם/ת ו/או Key User מתקדם/ת, כולל עבודה עם משתמשים ותהליכי שינוי.
• יכולת הובלה וניהול ממשקים: הנעת אנשים, בניית אמון, ותקשורת בין‑אישית מצוינת מול לקוחות וצוותים.
• חשיבה אנליטית, גישה פרואקטיבית לפתרון בעיות, ויכולת לתרגם מורכבות לפעולות ברורות.
• אוריינטציה ללקוח ולעסק, יחד עם סקרנות טכנולוגית ורצון להשתלב בעשייה חדשנית (כולל AI).
