About the role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team.

This role is for engineers who are comfortable jumping between backend, frontend, infrastructure, and whatever is needed to get the job done.

Using AI tools is part of our day-to-day development workflow, helping us move faster and build smarter.

• You'll manage the delivery of multiple, complex development projects from design through QA and to production.
• You’ll be working on a product that is essentially an autonomous hacker — a system made of many moving parts, complex interactions, and interesting engineering challenges.
• You’ll build and deliver features end-to-end in an on-premise micro-services environment, working on high-scale flows with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
• You’ll work closely with Product and take part in shaping solutions, especially when things aren’t fully defined.
• You’ll be expected to design solutions and define architectures for the features you own.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge in Python, MongoDB, Docker, RabbitMQ
• Experience working with micro-services and on-premise deployments
• Familiarity with AWS, Java and Linux environments
• Experience working with AI development tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, Cursor, etc.) as part of the development workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise products
• Ability and willingness to work across different domains
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
