Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead quality investigations and root‑cause analyses for non‑conformances and customer complaints.
  • Develop, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality Control, and R&D to troubleshoot issues and enhance process capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and conduct training on process methodologies, quality standards, and equipment handling.
  • Plan, develop, and execute qualification and validation activities for new processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, or Business.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, risk assessment methodologies (CAPA, HACCP), certification standards, and GMP requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Flavor, Food, Fragrance, or Cosmetic industry is advantageous.
  • Understanding of internal quality policies; ISO Internal Auditor or HACCP certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, independence in managing tasks, and a proactive mindset in decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong awareness of safety principles in chemical manufacturing, including chemical hazard classifications, proper handling and storage of chemicals, and safe work practices.
