Key duties include promptly responding to member queries, organizing and hosting community events, supporting sales tours, and maintaining Health & Safety policies.

The bit about the role:
As Community Associate you will be the first point of contact for our members at Great Cumberland Place, which sits directly opposite Marble Arch. With its 5-star hotel feel, the space is polished, elegant, and designed to impress!
As an integral part of the x+why community, you’ll be on hand to provide members and guests with a genuinely warm welcome, foster strong relationships, and create an environment that’s professional yet approachable.
It’s a hands-on role and no two days are the same. Based on the main workspace reception desk, you’ll also be free to move around the building, proactively supporting members, spotting what needs doing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Day to day, you’ll respond promptly to member queries, organise and host community events, support the sales team with tours, maintain H&S policies and forge strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you’re available to start at the end of April.
