The Role

As the Social Media Manager, you are the visual alchemist behind our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You are a generative AI maven who understands that our industry is in a massive state of transition. Our goal is to build Artlist as the top brand bringing AI production level creation at scale to creatives everywhere. We aren't looking for an editor: we are looking for an idea machine who can harness different stakeholders and understands the alchemy of the For You feed. You have the ability to see a visual trend and automatically know how to flip it into an Artlist moment that out-performs the original.

Wake up for this:

  • Own the For You feed. Create videos that explode by grabbing creators in the first 1.5 seconds.Act as a scientist of attention by testing new visual hooks and editing rhythms to maintain high retention.
  • Flip visual trends. Watch what works and instantly use Artlist assets and AI tools to recreate visual styles and make them hit harder.
  • Sync with Paid Media. Identify top performing organic videos and coordinate with paid campaign managers to optimize spending and reach.
  • Direct our AI flows. Showcase our new AI capabilities to the world and prove that Artlist is the future of professional video creation.
  • Lead short form production. Concept, shoot, and edit 3 to 5 high impact vertical videos every week using the latest AI and editing techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders. Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure video assets support global company goals.
  • Manage content operations. Maintain a content calendar and use management software to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful posting.
  • Drive data backed campaigns. Analyze asset data to understand what resonates and use those insights to adjust strategies for better growth and retention.
  • Win the comment section. Use video replies and strategic comments to play the algorithm and maximize brand perception.



Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience as a content creator or social media manager, preferably within a creative SaaS company.
  • Generative AI Maven. Deep literacy in AI video and image tools and the ability to leverage them in a daily production workflow.
  • Portfolio. A link to a portfolio or social handle showcasing your transitions, your ideas, and your ability to make content go viral.
  • Platform Expert. Proficient in social management and analytical tools like Sprout Social, Later, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
  • Collaboration as a virtue. Experience working with cross functional teams to align creative output with business goals.
  • Expert level editing. Pro skills in Adobe Premiere and CapCut with the ability to make smartphone shoots look cinematic.
  • Deep interest in creatives. You understand the visual language, gear, and trends that creatives care about.
