Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT
ROLE PURPOSE
The Junior Analyst aims to create customer/intercompany/proforma/various/recharge invoices, credit/debit notes, cancellation, manage BoCo process, reconcile accounts, maintain proper documentation and address the inquiries accurately and efficiently.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Creation of customer/intercompany/proforma/various/recharge invoices, credit/debit notes, cancellation
Providing invoices for customers
Managing rebate settlement with 3rd party customers and commission settlement with sales agents
Month-end and year-end closing process and reporting
AR accounts reconciliation
Participation in quarterly BSAR meetings
Ensuring the quality of supporting documentation
Query resolution within function.
Participation in internal and external audit
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting, Economy, or a related field
AR experience gained in an international organisation
Basic skills on MS Office applications, especially Excel
Fluent English in speaking and writing
SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of other O2C processes would be an advantage.
