Play a vital leadership role across our product and technology teams by owning and guiding the evolution of a core B2B software product. You will work closely with engineering, project teams, support, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the product delivers meaningful value to both our customers and the wider business. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and release oversight, bringing a forward-thinking and technically informed perspective to how the product develops over time. You will act as a trusted point of connection across the organisation, helping teams understand how product decisions, platform changes, and customer needs intersect.

This role will enable you to apply your software product management, product ownership, and business analysis experience in a hands-on, real-world environment, with a strong emphasis on technical collaboration within a Microsoft and Azure-based stack. You will enjoy being the person others turn to for clarity and guidance, whether supporting developers with functional decision-making, overseeing quality and release processes, or helping stakeholders translate business and customer needs into scalable product outcomes. A key aspect of the role is your ability to blend strategic thinking with operational delivery, applying problem-solving, change management, and leadership skills to keep the product performing, improving, and delivering value.

This role is for a 14-month fixed term for Parental Leave Cover including handover period.

You will enjoy working across a complex and evolving product environment, collaborating with teams across engineering, projects, support, finance, and the wider business to shape and deliver high value product outcomes. You will be passionate about solving real customer and business problems through well-designed software, with a strong appreciation for how platforms, data, and technical architecture enable scalable solutions. This role is varied, challenging, and dynamic, offering the opportunity to influence product direction while remaining closely connected to day-to-day delivery. You will work alongside motivated software developers, QA specialists, designers, and project professionals, combining technical depth, product thinking, and strong collaboration to deliver a robust and reliable B2B product.

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in software product management with hands on experience in Agile practices
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with software engineering teams and an understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to scope, consult and understand business problems, and problem solve to deliver solutions
  • Ability to connect with clients, build credible client relationships and lead technology-based discussions
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and project manage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure DevOps and Azure cloud technologies, is desirable
  • Experience supporting or overseeing QA practices is desirable
  • Ideally some knowledge of SQL is desirable
