JOB DESCRIPTION

We are dedicated to excellence in B2B Marketing and IT services. The Marketing Interns will support marketing activities that drive brand awareness, content development, and lead generation for the company’s IT outsourcing services across multiple digital channels.

1. Content Marketing & SEO 

• Create and support the production of B2B content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing aligned with marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand voice.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts and optimize on-page content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

2. Growth Marketing (Lead generation)

• Support outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversion).

3. Podcast, Webinar & Video Projects

• Support the planning and execution of podcasts, webinars, and video content, including topic research, script preparation, guest coordination, and promotion.
• Assist with basic production and promotion of multimedia content.

4. Market Research: Research IT outsourcing trends and competitors to support marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, sales and production teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study).
• Required professional studying in FTU, DAV, VNU, NEU, AJC, RMIT or international education, etc.
• Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must.
• IELTS from 6.5+
• Creative mindset with strong writing or analytical ability.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, or lead generation.
• Prefer candidates with skillsets and experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/ Image AI Tools, Sonia)
• Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is strongly preferred.
• Enthusiasm about working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
