Job Description
As a People & Culture Intern, you will play a key supporting role in driving the success of the People & Culture team. You will act as a proactive team member, assisting in core HR processes, enhancing team member engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of People & Culture initiatives, including employee engagement activities, and internal communications
- Assist in administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth departmental operations
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional support
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist in organizing events, and internal activities
- Contribute to enhancing team member wellbeing and overall employee experience
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong interest in Human Resources
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
- Open-minded with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and high attention to detail
- Approachable, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship; high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position
