We receive "New" and "Used" items that are sold individually at aggressive discounts, in-store and online. In-store, prices begin at 50% of retail and are discounted each week. All items in our online auctions start at $1 with no reserve price.

About the Role

RECEIVING/FORKLIFT ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
Use pallet jacks and fork trucks to unload product
Drive fork-lift in a safe manner according to policy and Safety Coordinator
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
Must be fork truck certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
