We are looking for a highly skilled Group Manager with strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, Azure Databricks (Python/PySpark, SQL), and GCP BigQuery.The ideal candidate will bridge digital analytics and data engineering, develop robust data pipelines and delivering advanced analytical insights that power strategic decisions in a dynamic retail environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the governance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across web and mobile applications.Design and customize GA4 dashboards and reports, integrating multiple data sources for holistic performance tracking.Connect GA4 to BigQuery and Databricks for advanced funnel, engagement, and cohort analyses.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time, actionable insights to business stakeholders.Develop robust data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations in Power BI.Design, develop, and optimize PySpark notebooks in Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.Build efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and aggregate data from diverse sources including GA4, CRM, and transaction systems.Write and tune advanced SQL queries for both Databricks SQL and GCP BigQuery environments.Create and maintain data marts and reporting tables to support analytical and visualization needs.Integrate BigQuery datasets with Power BI for seamless cloud-based reporting.Collaborate closely with business, product, and data science teams to deliver reliable and timely data solutions.Desired Skills and ExperienceMust Have:8–12 years of experience in data/digital analytics, BI, or data engineering, ideally in the retail/e-commerce domain.Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization).Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python/PySpark, and SQL.GAIQ Certification (Google Analytics Individual Qualification).Good to Have:Experience integrating GA4, BigQuery/Azure Databricks, and Power BI for unified analytical reporting.Understanding of CI/CD for Databricks notebooks and data pipeline automation.Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.Experience in debugging and validating analytics data pipelines and tracking setups.
