Job Description
The Digital Administration Service Specialist, an administrative and organizational role, is responsible for managing processes and information flows between the Business, the accounting offices, management control and the legal area. It has as its main objectives:
Qualifications
1.01 Supports the office manager in the management of services to support company processes regarding administration, reporting, budgeting within the Digital Division
1.02 Participates in the definition of internal administrative management policies and procedures by interfacing with the administrative contacts , accountants and lawyers of the group companies in order to guarantee uniformity
1.03 Ensures the homogeneity and correctness of the data relating to the administrative processes under its responsibility, interfacing with various working groups
1.04 Supports the management of the digital area of competence in management of extraordinary activities/projects, guaranteeing their administrative and documentary correctness
1.05 Analyzes the economic deviations between what was planned and what was achieved, identifying determining factors and causes, providing relevant reporting to the competent Departments
1.06 Maintains the reporting documentary archive, guaranteeing that is complete and usable
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of one's responsibilities
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of technologies digital within its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business_
1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
Additional Information
- Economic or similar High School Diploma or Degrees
- Good knowledge of English language (at least B1)
- Organizational and management skills
