Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing appropriate software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the application to ensure functionality and reliability. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing software, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall system performance and user experience. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on software design and development.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting application issues effectively.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly within the team.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IFS Solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
