1.負責半導體廠區氣體系統之設計審查、系統維運、安全管理與跨部門協調，確保製程氣體供應安全、穩定、符合法規與公司標準，並支援新產線導入與系統變更管理。
Responsible for the design review, system maintenance, safety management, and cross departmental coordination of the gas system in the semiconductor factory area, ensuring the safety, stability, compliance with regulations and company standards of process gas supply, and supporting the introduction of new production lines and system change management.
2.機械、材料、環工或相關工程科系學士以上
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Materials, Environmental Engineering or related engineering disciplines
3.具半導體廠氣體系統相關經驗者佳
Experience in gas systems for semiconductor factories is preferred
4.熟悉氣體供應系統、安全規範與工程文件閱讀能力
Familiar with gas supply systems, safety regulations, and the ability to read engineering documents
5.具備基礎英文溝通能力
Have basic English communication skills
