Carrier Sales Representative
Location: Nashville, TN — Brand New Office!
Full-Time 

Chariot Logistics is expanding — and we’re looking for ambitious, high-energy professionals to join our Carrier Sales team in our brand-new, modern office space in Nashville.   • Build and manage relationships with carrier partners across the country
     
  • Negotiate rates and secure capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective freight movement
     
  • Track and trace shipments, proactively resolving service issues
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers
     
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to efficiently source and book freight, freeing you up to focus on strategy and relationship-building
     
  • Use technology and industry tools to grow carrier networks and streamline communication

Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation
     
  • Strong communicator and confident negotiator
     
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
     
  • Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and working as part of a team
     
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word
