The Spa Supervisor, under the Regional Spa Manager, is responsible for maintaining the quality and exceptional guest experience of the property Spa Facilities at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa. This role involves supervising spa and salon staff on shift, acting as manager when the Regional Spa Manager is absent, and supporting various operational tasks including hiring, training, inventory, and scheduling.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Spa Salon staff at designated property on shift at Eldorado Hotel & Spa.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Act as Manager when Regional Spa Manager is off at Eldorado Hotel and Spa
- Nidah Spa as well as a liaison to other Hotel Management
- Attend Stand-up Meetings with the Hotel GM/AGM and Management Staff when
- needed
- Support hiring process by contacting interested candidates
- Support training new Staff on Heritage Practices and Paylocity as related to the
- Spa and Salon
- Inventory: help take and order, enter information into Book 4 Time, price and
- place retail items on the shelves
- Cover the Spa; Salon Front Desk when needed
- Support staff schedule changes on Book 4 Time when employees change shifts,
- are sick, or take time off
- Help maintain a clean environment in all Spas; Salon: place robes, towels,
- bathmats, and slippers in laundry, help keep waiting areas free of debris, keep
- the locker rooms at Nidah neat and tidy
- Help to distribute Protocols to Providers, bi-weekly Paysheets, and be available

Requirements
- Must be a passionate people person, as this job is highly interactive and requires superb customer service skills.
- Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask while maintaining poise.
- Competent with computer technology to easily learn reservation management system, the point of sale system to process payments, and Microsoft Office Suite for basic document manipulation and printing.
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
- 2-3 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; spa or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
