Responsibilities
- Game Economy Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear economical compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
- Lead and design the user experience cycle to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue by analyzing player behavior and data.
- Prepare and analyze A/B tests to optimize new and current features.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to design and balance new features.
- Monitor & Explore and design gameplay loops and player interactions.
- Adjust resource flow to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Economy Manager in a gaming company.
- Experience in the gaming industry or with social casino games.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge in SQL / Looker.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
