Hospitality Assistant

Searcys are looking for a Hospitality Assistant, to work in our prestigious venues with Searcys Events.

We create fabulous events whatever or wherever the space. We’ve shown time and again that we know our clients inside out, providing outstanding hospitality in complex and historically or culturally sensitive spaces.

You will support the smooth running of events by ensuring guests have a positive and well-organised experience. Working at venues, conferences, exhibitions, or corporate functions.

You will be assigned to a variety of venues, all located within Central London.

The Hospitality assistant  will be supporting and monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the event.

You will be assigned to a variety of venues, all located within Central London.

Job Type: 0 hour contract 

Salary: £13.85 hourly 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests on arrival
• Setting up event spaces (tables, signage, equipment)
• Serving food and drinks or coordinating catering
• Providing information and directions to attendees
• Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues quickly
• Supporting event organisers and team members during the event
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
