Descrizione del lavoro

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Support HR team to roll out Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives, policies and guidelines 
  • Support area champions in driving Recruitment, Human Capital, and College Relations initiatives 
  • Support HR in the  recruitment activities to ensure  practices, systems and policies are in placed & executed in the property
  • Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
  • Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
  • Research latest HR trends on sourcing methods and technology
  • Support annual Human Capital Planning activities and reviews.
  • Assist in executing Personal Development Plans across the market.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and Induction

Qualifiche

  • Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
