Key Responsibilities
1. IT Security Operations Support
- Assist in user access management activities, including access requests, revocation tracking, and documentation.
- Support privileged ID (PID) management and periodic access review exercises.
- Help maintain security logs, trackers, and evidence repositories for audit purposes.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Support preparation of audit evidence for internal and external audits (e.g. ITGC, regulatory reviews).
- Assist in tracking audit findings, action items, and remediation status.
- Help maintain and update IT security policies, standards, and SOP documentation.
3. Cybersecurity & Awareness
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, newsletters, posters, and internal communications.
- Assist in coordination of cyber drills / tabletop exercises and post‑exercise documentation.
- Help compile basic security metrics and dashboards for reporting.
4. Documentation & Administration
- Maintain organised records for security exceptions, access forms, and approvals.
- Assist with meeting minutes, trackers, and status updates for IT Security & Governance meetings.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to IT security governance.
