The Senior Specialist in Comp & Ben will manage the end-to-end process of benefits administration, including government-mandated and company-initiated benefits. They will also conduct orientation sessions for new employees and handle employee support tickets related to benefits concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration (End-to-End Process)
- Government-mandated benefits:
- SSS Sickness and Maternity claims
- SSS Loans and Calamity Support
- Pag-IBIG Loans
- Company-initiated benefits:
- HMO queries
- Leave queries
- Calamity package queries
- New Hire Orientation
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Present and explain the end-to-end benefits program
- Employee Support & Ticket Management
- Handle 20–30 tickets per day related to benefits concerns
- Provide assistance on:
- SSS Loans (end-to-end process)
- Leave management
- General employee concerns on benefits
Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Philippine government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Excellent communication skills for handling queries and conducting orientations
- Ability to manage high ticket volume with accuracy and empathy
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple benefit processes simultaneously
