About the Role

[What the role is]

Office of Estates - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Facilities Management)

[What you will be working on]

• Manage and oversee campus facilities, including operations, repairs, maintenance, and related processes and procedures.
• Supervise lease management, operator coordination, and campus events, including support for VIP events.
• Liaison with internal users, partners and operators 
• Contract administration including drafting tender and quotation specifications, handling procurement, specification formulation, evaluation, recommendation and work implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, including inspection and certification of completed works.
• Manage and liaise with operators, such as food court vendors, on daily operations and food pricing matters.
• Drive the digitalisation of operational processes.
• Lead project management for renovation, addition & alteration works, and support organizational initiatives, events, certifications, and QEHS documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

[What we are looking for]

Qualifications in Building Services, Estate Management, Facilities Management or related field with minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities/Estate Management, and experience in government procurement will be an added advantage. 
•Experience in digitalisation of Facilities Management workflow.
•Strong planning and organizing skills, with commitment to assigned duties/tasks on time 
•Resourceful, proactive in problem-solving, and self-starter with effective communication and interpersonal skills
•A sound team player and IT savvy
