This is a full-time, in-person position. This is NOT a remote role.
If you’re comfortable on the phone, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and performance-based earnings.
Pay & Schedule
- $17/hour base + performance-based bonuses
- Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
- Full-time schedule with evenings and rotating weekends
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Connect with customers who are actively shopping for a vehicle
- Schedule and confirm appointments with accurate and detailed notes
- Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage them
- Track all activity in CRM systems and keep information up to date
- Manage multiple conversations and tasks at once across different systems
What This Job Is Really Like
- You’ll be on the phone most of the day—this is a high-call, fast-paced role
- You’ll be texting, emailing, and following up constantly
- You’ll be managing multiple conversations and tasks at the same time
- Attention to detail is critical—notes, follow-ups, and accuracy matter
- Some customers won’t answer or will cancel—that’s part of the job
- The people who succeed here stay organized, consistent, and don’t get discouraged easily
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable on the phone and talking with new people daily
- Reliable and shows up when they say they will
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, texting, email)
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is helpful—but not required. We will train the right person.
