About the Team Member Position
Bean Sprouts is on the lookout for go-getters with food service or retail experience, amazing attitudes, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience. This position is seasonal for the spring and summer with part time, flexible hours.
Team Member Responsibilities
- Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests
- Prepare food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house
- Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
- Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus!
- Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one.
- Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
