Kendall Auto Mall of Nampa is seeking a Service Scheduler/Cashier to join our service team. At Kendall Auto Mall of Nampa, our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. What You’ll Do

Service Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls for the service department
  • Schedule appointments for service department 
  • Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate service advisor 
  • Take and relay messages accurately 
  • Make outbound calls to schedule recall appointments and provide service updates 
  • Occasionally greet and assist customers in person 

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments using a cash register and credit card systems 
  • Ensure accurate and efficient transaction handling

  • Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable on the phone; taking up to 30 calls per hour. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is not a requirement for this position but would definitely be preferred.
