Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Center Clinical Director in Tower Grove, St. Louis, Missouri. This is a physician leadership opportunity within a value-based care organization focused on improving outcomes for senior populations through a physician-led, team-based care model.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Center Clinical Director directly supervises and develops Primary Care Providers (PCPs) within an assigned center while maintaining responsibility for clinical outcomes, care quality, and provider performance. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, ensuring strong execution of the clinical model and alignment with operational goals.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time leadership role
• Outpatient setting
• Combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $238,832 – $341,189
• Performance-based incentives available
• Executive-level compensation structure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Primary Care Providers (PCPs)
• Drive accountability for clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
• Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions
• Lead care team including care promoters, facilitators, and coordinators
• Manage care coordination across hospital, SNF, LTC, and home settings
• Lead clinical meetings including Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meetings (TCM)
• Partner with operational leadership to improve center performance and growth
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and development
• Maintain ownership of patient outcomes and clinical decision-making
• Foster strong clinical culture and interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty REQUIRED
• Active Missouri Medical License REQUIRED
• Active DEA REQUIRED
• BLS certification REQUIRED within 90 days of employment

• Minimum 1+ year clinical experience REQUIRED (geriatric, adult, or family medicine)
• Leadership experience preferred (Lead PCP or similar role)
• MUST be comfortable supervising and mentoring physicians
• MUST be comfortable managing patient panels and driving outcomes
• Experience with value-based care models preferred
• Ability to travel locally as needed REQUIRED
