Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner (m/f/d) to support the development of our audiences and AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful features that drive audience engagement and business value.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into actionable product plans, align stakeholders, and ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
THE CHALLENGE:
• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Audience and AI initiatives.
• Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized deliverables.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure smooth agile delivery.
• Make informed prioritization decisions based on business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve the product.
• Align cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, commercial) around shared goals.
ABOUT YOU:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
Preferred:
• Experience in digital products, platforms, or AdTech environments.
• Exposure to AI-driven products or data platforms.
• Technical understanding of software development processes and architectures.
OUR OFFER:
- A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
- Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
- A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
- Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
- Global Employee Assistance Programme.
- Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
- Online training videos.
- Flexible working hours.
While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company. The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a hybrid model, with team members working in the office three days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- First Interview: Meet with the Hiring Manager to dive into your core product skills
- Second Interview: Team Working Session to understand how you work in practice
