Job Description
- Lead all worksstream assessment, feasibility, architecture design and ICD
- Joint workshops with Client entities
- Field inventory
- 2-3 architecture options
- Works stream gap & feasibility reports
- Development of RFP packages
- Lead workstream evaluation
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Telecom/Control Engineering
- 12+ years in transmission OT/SCADA/telecoms
- Strong SCMS/RTU/WAMS/PQMS/EDL experience
- Load-dispatch environment knowledge
- Familiarity with IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, ICCP, DNP3
- TQT/transmission utility background
