Experienced Service Advisor (CDK CRM Preferred)
Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our established service team.
CDK CRM experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Alternating days off
- Saturday availability required

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist service customers professionally and efficiently
- Translate customer concerns into clear repair orders for technicians
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Monitor repair progress and ensure quality and timely completion
- Present and manage extended warranty services
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain strong CSI scores and follow dealership standards
- Keep Service Management informed of operational issues

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
- CDK CRM experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership software and systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
