Paper Alternative Solutions Inc. is a woman-owned business process outsourcing and staffing company headquartered in Endicott, New York. Since 2011, we have partnered with government agencies, prime contractors, and private organizations to provide highly qualified professionals and operational support for large-scale programs and contracts. In addition to staffing services, we deliver document management, imaging, workflow automation, and business process solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and securely.


Job Summary:

As an Image Data Capture Keyer placed by Paper Alternative Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing data from a variety of document types into internal systems. This role requires speed, precision, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.


 

Work Schedules:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required
Saturday shifts may be required when a holiday falls on a Monday 

Requirements

 

Duties:

· Process and enter data from documents into company systems
· Work across approximately 32 different document types
· Key information exactly as it appears on source documents (“key what you see”)
· Maintain accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment
· Participate in one-on-one training with QA Analysts
· Meet performance and quality expectations


Skills:

· Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (required)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to follow instructions and procedures
· Basic computer and data entry skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
