Job Description:

  • Asist implement QA system / procedure.
  • Responsible for QA of raw materials to finished products.
  • Check slurry quality at preparation, storage & finished goods.
  • Calculate & keep data of all process stages.
  • Confirm the quality of preparation tanks
  • Sample collection according to Quality Sampling Plan.
  • Ensure product quality within control specification.
  • Determine product classification according to type of application.
  • Provide analysis towards the specification of raw material.
  • Assist in product development including new product trial run.
  • Maintain and upkeep of laboratory asset including cleaning and calibration.
  • Ensure zero accident and report accident in Laboratory.
  • Implement and Cascaded MVV program.
  • Beware aware of HSE Policies and HSE objectives and targets.
  • Complying with HSE requirement.
  • Participate in HSE Campaign and site activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
