In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering that impact every day. You’ll also contribute to our vision Bringing Care Home, extending the best of St Vincent’s care beyond traditional settings into the community.
Three (3) new positions are available – one based in Sydney and two based in Brisbane. All are permanent positions that will require you to work across our aged care homes, our central Corporate local office and you will have the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate volunteer recruitment administration, including application processing, screening documentation and compliance checks
Support the delivery of volunteer onboarding and training by preparing materials, scheduling sessions and maintaining attendance records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Assist with volunteer communications, including check-ins, updates and general enquiries
Support the coordination of volunteer programs, events and recognition initiatives
Assist with volunteer-to-resident matching administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Prepare reports and track volunteer data / KPIs to support coordinators and program decision-making
About You

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination support role in recruitment, HR, volunteer or community sector
Genuine and kind communication skills, with confidence engaging with volunteers and internal / external stakeholders
Comfortable working with systems and databases, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to support a busy, purpose-driven team
Motivated by making a positive difference, with values aligned to St Vincent’s mission of care and compassion
Things that work for you
Be part of a supportive team with a great mission focused, community spirit, where you can grow professionally and make a sincere impact
