Exciting Opportunity for AR Psychiatric Physician Assistants & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners



Ally Psychiatry is seeking Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join our inpatient team in Cleveland, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys acute care psychiatry and values a structured schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal time.


Location: Clarksville, AR
Type: Full-Time, Part-Time - Inpatient, M-F with one weekend of rounding call a month

Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for inpatient populations.

• Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).

• Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas.

• Required Arkansas DEA or eligible to obtain.

• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
