As a Busser at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready.

Requirements

• Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
• Promptly clear and reset tables between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and service stations.
• Assist servers with water service, condiments, and guest requests.
• Ensure silverware, glassware, and table settings are clean and properly stocked.
• Support food runners and hosts as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Weekend and evening availability preferred.
