At Feldman Automotive & Mark Wahlberg Automotive, we are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome

- Listen actively to customer concerns and needs

- Schedule appointments and manage service requests

- Advise customers on recommended service and repair options

- Prepare service orders and ensure accurate billing

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns

- Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Previous experience in a service or hospitality role preferred
