POLYWOOD® Interval Flexpath: 

Full-time work during peak season (now through end of summer) with time off during the off-season. This path includes year-round insurance coverage and incentives, such as a $1,000 "Thank You" incentive at the end of the peak season and a $1,000 "Welcome Back" incentive when you return next year.  

In 2025, Peak Season was Jan-Sept. Off Season was Oct-Dec.

PRODUCTION

Our ideal production team member has a great attitude, is eager to grow, shows up every day, and enjoys using their hands to help build our high-quality outdoor furniture.

• 1st Shift: 7a-3p ($18/h) + OT
• 2nd Shift: 3p-11p ($20/h plus 8% premium) + OT
• 3rd Shift: 11p-7a ($20/h plus 8% premium) + OT

Interval Flexpath:

•  40 hrs per week plus OT now through the end of Peak Season
• $1,000 "Thank You" incentive at the end of the Peak Season
• $1,000 "Welcome Back" incentive at the return of the next Peak Season
• Off-Season 0 hours per week.  You have a few months off!
• In 2025, Peak Season was Jan-Sept. Off Season was Oct-Nov
