Our DUMP TRUCK Driver is responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and productive manner in all weather conditions while providing professional and courteous service to all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a dump truck in compliance with DOT and company standards 
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and inspection reports (DVIR) 
• Deliver high-quality materials safely and on time 
• Work closely with dispatch, plant teams, and quality personnel 
• Maintain and clean your assigned truck 
• Accurately complete delivery documentation 
• Provide professional, reliable service to customers at every stop 
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid NC CDL Class A or B license 
• Clean driving record
• 2 years’ driving experience with dump trucks 
• Knowledge of load securement
• Ability to pass a criminal background and Clearinghouse checks
• Safety-first mindset and strong work ethic 
• Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

This role is hands-on and active. Drivers must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly 
• Climb ladders and access truck equipment 
• Sit, stand, and remain active for extended periods 
• Bend, twist, reach, kneel, and crouch as needed 
• Use hands and arms for vehicle operation and equipment handling 
• Maintain awareness of surroundings, including sounds, movement, and visual details
