We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- assisting in organizing activities and events for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences such as international conferences and seminars;
- liaising with internal and external parties;
- providing administrative support in marketing and promotion;
- maintaining databases, filing as well as websites and social media platforms; and
- performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of School of Nursing and Health Sciences or his/her nominee.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- a recognized Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 1-2 years' relevant work experience;
- a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- be able to work independently with close attention to details;
- excellent time management with a strong sense of responsibility;
- a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- experience in graphic design, website and social media management will be an advantage.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
