JOB SUMMARY: Smile, greet, and be courteous to guests, work with other Team Members to provide a high level of guest service as required by management in any venue.
SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.
LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class II gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. If applicant has six months or more experience and can pass the knowledge test this will be accepted in lieu of preferred requisitions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand for more than 8 - 10 hours. Manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register. Ability to lift forty pounds (40 lb.). Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
SPECIFIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Six (6) months of cashiering preferred or six (6) months combination of guest service and cashiering experience. Must be able to make correct change. Help seat guests when needed. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions from multiple persons at once. Neat appearance and grooming. Well mannered. Valid Health Card. Have prior experience in working in an Espresso bar and the knowledge of how the drinks are made and knowledge of working on a cash register.

Buffet Cashier
- Works on cash register ringing up guests for buffet.
- Greets and seats guests in a professional manner.
- Be able to keep even flow in dining room.
- Able to communicate with multiple guests while handing out and bringing in pagers.
- Keep area clean around hostess station and the tills.
- Keep buffet areas clean and sanitary at all times.
- Must have excellent Guest Service.
- Use proper etiquette when dealing with guests.
- Proactively helps guests resolve concerns; particularly when the guest has not been satisfied and strives for a win-win resolution.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
- Builds relationships inside an outside of their department/team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
- Available to work any shift and any day of the week when needed to meet casino needs.
Deli Cashier
- Works on cash register ringing up guests for deli.
- Set up and close work station.
- Promotes positive guest service and greets guest upon arrival.
- Maintains a clutter free, sanitized and attractive work area.
- Available to work any shift and any day of the week when needed to meet casino needs.
- Use proper etiquette when dealing with guests.
- Proactively helps guests resolve concerns; particularly when the guest has not been satisfied and strives for a win-win resolution.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
- Builds relationships inside an outside of their department/team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
Espresso Cashier
- Promotes positive guest service and greets guest upon arrival.
- Takes orders and makes to specification of guest request.
- Have knowledge of working on cash register and tracking of receipts.
- Keep track of stock and know when you need to order a product when running low.
- Keep espresso stocked, clean, and presentable inside and outside of the espresso bar.
- Keep tables around espresso neat and clean.
- Must have excellent guest service.
