Whether you're an established leader or looking to step into a leadership role for the first time, we’ll support your growth every step of the way. You’ll:

  • Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career clinicians.
  • Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA or SPA registration.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
  • Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
