Job Description

  • Review of Mechanical GAD, technical specification, QAP, Data sheet
  • Supervision of equipment installation, testing and commissioning for STP
  • Factory inspection, testing and clearance as per approved QAP
  • Supervision of Installation of Cranes, SS and MS Piping, Gates, Valves, Pumps, screens and other process and non process equipment for STP
  • Knowledge of sludge treatment, digester, Gas engine
  • Conduct review meetings
  • Certification of contractor’s bill as per approved billing breakup
  • Preparation of monthly progress report

Experience in review and supervision of mechanical equipment works at pump stations / Treatment plants and other facilities of Water/sewage treatment plants.
Minimum of 2 STPs of capacity not less than 50 MLD

Relevant experience of Fifteen (15) years in design activities of mechanical discipline in sewerage and water supply projects.

Total professional experience of Twenty(20) years.

Qualification: Minimum BE Mechanical
