Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven restaurant marketing executive with a passion for high-end dining. 

This will be a multi-site role supporting the exclusive restaurants across National Portrait Gallery, National Gallery & St Pancras Brasserie, developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement.

Job Description

​​​​​​As a Restaurant Marketing Executive for Searcys you will be a proud brand guardian of Searcys and its partnered venues by adhering to the relevant brand standards and always ensuring the highest standard of service and execution..

Multi-site supporting the exclusive restaurants across National Portrait Gallery, National Gallery & St Pancras Brasserie

Hours: Full Time

MAIN PURPOSE:

· Managing the Restaurants and 3rd party websites with content updates

· Create content and manage the schedule of Eshots for venues

· Create and deliver the social media schedule (local and central channels)

· Support central brand and seasonal campaigns and activations (liaison with suppliers, venues, scheduling)

· Track marketing performance for the above activities for a monthly marketing KPI dashboard

· Deliver social media schedule for the designated venue channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest).

· Manage allocated venue websites and 3rd party event websites with content updates, including venue news, packages, articles and venue content changes. Analyse the websites’ performance on a monthly basis and conduct quarterly audits of the digital estate within the remit.

· Deliver email marketing schedule for the dedicated venues: copy collation, design, distribution, reporting:

· Ensure the designated venues takes part in Searcys-wide seasonal campaigns and activations as per the brand calendar (e.g., Christmas parties, English Wine Week) to ensure coverage on multiple channels.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in marketing within the luxury hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and luxury branding.
  • A proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
