Job Summary

This role sits within the Business Management team of Global Markets and is responsible for driving digital initiatives and projects to implement business improvement strategies. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that improve efficiency and support business growth.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the full project cycle from initiation through to implementation and production, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables

  • Partner with business users to define business requirements, develop functional specifications, and craft effective project solutions

  • Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of business cases, acceptance testing, change management, training & communications

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues arising during the project lifecycle and ensure smooth implementation

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of Banking experience within Global Markets

  • Good proficiency in programming, AI tools preferred

  • Solid experience in transformation of digital platform is highly preferred

  • Good end to end workflow knowledge with banking operation especially in FX, Investment Product

  • Familiar with Treasury related systems including front-end platform (Murex knowledge is a plus)

  • Hands-on Agile experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma

  • Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills

  • Outgoing, positive attitudes, self-motivated

  • Qualification of ECF-TM is preferred
