STARTING PAY OF $23.00 – $25.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? Kapp’s Green Lawn is hiring a Field Technician to deliver top-quality lawn care and tree/shrub treatments across the Cleveland area. You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and plant health issues to keep customer properties looking their best. Our ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, outdoor role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control 
• Apply tree and shrub treatments for health and pest control 
• Diagnose turf and plant issues and provide effective solutions 
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently 
• Ensure properties are clean, professional, and well-maintained after each job

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus (training provided) 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset 
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle to Residential Locations)
