What You'll Do 

• Craft specialty coffee and tea drinks 
• Prepare to open and/or close the store 
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment 
• Greet customers and help to create a warm and welcoming  environment 
• Promote and recommend menu options to customers  
• Evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and quality  of service 
• Work various shifts to accommodate the needs of the shop;  including weekends and/or evenings, especially for special events  or circumstances  
• Any other tasks deemed necessary  
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures  

Skills Needed to Succeed  

• Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines 
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written 
• Ability to work well in team environments 
• Has a strong attention to detail  
• Can anticipate customer’s needs 
• Is adaptable and flexible 
• Has the ability to react appropriately under pressure, apply good judgment, use sound decision-making & problem solving in a  deadline-driven environment

This means we strive to walk with Jesus daily, intentionally  invest in those around us, guide others closer to Him, and make a  tangible impact in our community where we live, work, and play.
