NOW HIRING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $19+ PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Agape Lawns is hiring a Laborer to join our tree service team! This is not a warehouse or construction-related role, but a hands-on position assisting with tree trimming, removal, and maintenance. As a Laborer, you will work outdoors, support crew members, and operate equipment to complete various tree care tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tree trimming, removal, and debris cleanup.
• Operate and maintain tools such as chainsaws, chippers, and ropes.
• Ensure job site safety by following company policies and industry standards.
• Support climbers and equipment operators as needed.
• Load and unload materials and tools for daily operations.
• Perform general laborer duties, including raking, lifting, and hauling debris.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laborer in tree service, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
