Housekeeping Supervisor- Wendover


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Will work   between the Wendover Nugget /Red Garter properties.

 
 

Key Responsibilities:

 
 

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.

- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.

-Perform related and/or other duties as required.

Requirements

  

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
