The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between technical and business teams to define, document, and manage requirements for credit-related products. They will also oversee the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and conduct functional testing to ensure successful delivery.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst confirmé(e) pour intervenir sur un produit stratégique lié aux parcours de crédit au sein d’un environnement bancaire structuré.

Intégré(e) à une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous jouerez un rôle clé entre les équipes métiers et techniques :

Comprendre et challenger les besoins
Formaliser les exigences sous forme de user stories et de documents fonctionnels
Animer ou contribuer aux ateliers de cadrage et d’affinage
Participer activement au pilotage du backlog avec les parties prenantes
Contribuer aux différentes étapes du cycle Agile (planification, suivi, amélioration continue)
Préparer, organiser et réaliser les phases de tests fonctionnels

En parallèle, vous serez impliqué(e) dans le suivi du produit au quotidien :

Accompagnement des équipes métier
Analyse des anomalies et proposition de solutions adaptées

Qualifications

Votre profil :

4 à 7 ans d’expérience en Business Analyse / MOA
Expérience en banque / finance INDISPENSABLE
À l’aise avec la rédaction fonctionnelle et les phases de validation
Bonne connaissance des environnements Agile
Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’analyse
Force de proposition
