About the Role

Azienda attiva nella fornitura di servizi professionali dedicati a privati e imprese inserisce una risorsa nel ruolo di Addetto/a all’Informazione.

La figura selezionata sarà inserita all’interno del team operativo e si occuperà della gestione delle attività informative e di contatto con la clientela, garantendo un servizio chiaro, professionale e orientato alle esigenze degli utenti.

Mansioni:

  • Fornitura di informazioni sui servizi offerti dall’azienda a clienti privati e aziendali;
  • Gestione delle richieste informative ricevute tramite telefono, email e canali digitali;
  • Registrazione dei contatti e aggiornamento dei dati nei sistemi aziendali;
  • Supporto all’organizzazione degli appuntamenti e alle attività operative dell’ufficio;
  • Collaborazione con il team interno per il corretto flusso delle comunicazioni.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore;
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
  • Utilizzo del PC e dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • Precisione, affidabilità e predisposizione al lavoro in team;
  • Attitudine al contatto con il pubblico e orientamento al servizio.

Offerta:

  • Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi;
  • Orario full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì;
  • Affiancamento e formazione retribuita.
